The strategy involves demolishing the existing buildings and constructing a 4-Storey, 50 Unit building that includes ground floor level units and a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suites with private patios and integrated landscaping.

The project was given full support from the Edmonton Design Committee and is scheduled to commence construction in fall of 2018.
